The Flying Chef

The Flying Chef (hot dogs) is a local family-run business based in Metfield, with over 25 years' experience, serving top quality Suffolk pork hot dogs. We make our traditional sausages from chump chop and serve them in poppy seed rolls with a choice of griddled onions, lettuce, mayo and sauces, including our legendary homemade hot sweet chilli relish.

I'm Daniel Lightening and my lust for life is wedding photography, in particular one of a kind, whacky, no s*%ts given, do-it-your-own-way kinda weddings. I love characters and telling their story, the fun, laughter and tears of one of the greatest days of anyones life, I can't tell you how lucky I am to do this for a living.

The Fish Hut

Kitsch fish and chip trailer serving great fish and chips at weddings and private events across East Anglia. Based in the Suffolk coastal town of Southwold. The Fish Hut is perfectly placed to source beautiful fresh fish from our local fishermen, whilst always committing to sourcing sustainably caught fish, putting care of the environment at the heart of our business.

We serve top quality, freshly fried, neat portions of fish and chips as well as fishcakes, whitebait and vegetarian options. All served with delicious homemade tartar sauce and mushy peas. Our kitsch appeal, super tasting super fresh food makes The Fish Hut a great addition to your wedding day.

Recently described as "The Bruce Lee of Photography", Hannah is a wedding photographer based in Northamptonshire (although is a Norfolk girl originally) who fell into wedding photography completely by accident; luckily her accident was a happy one because she loves a wedding and can't get enough of them.

Her hobbies include running (very slowly), lifting (very heavy) things and she's obsessed with mustard yellow, Game of Thrones, poor interior design and buying prints that she will never frame or hang on the walls.
